(Not a) Watermelon Baseball Cap

The use of the watermelon as a Palestinian symbol emerged in 1967 when Israel took control of both Gaza & the West Bank, and annexed East Jerusalem. It was around that time that the Israeli government made the display of the Palestinian flag a criminal offense in the West Bank & Gaza, so Palestinians began using the watermelon symbol as a form of resistance.

Why a watermelon you ask? When cut open, the fruit bears the colors red, black, green, and white: the colors of the flag.

These 100% cotton baseball caps are unisex adult & are 'one size fits most' sizing.
