Each recipe was illustrated by a different artist from the international artists collectiveCoffees for Gaza. They are absolutely stunning illustrations.
The book is published by Sling Shot Books on behalf of Mona and Coffees for Gaza and ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the profits for Tabkha go to Mona and her community in Gaza.
